Let us take care of the details so you can enjoy yourself and have the ultimate Picnic•ish experience.

Our company strives in offering the best possible pop-up picnic in Enid and surrounding areas. In order to make this happen, let’s talk about the details.

LOCATION:

  • Picnic•ish will set up at your preferred location. Some great ideas might be a park, your backyard, or other private venue. If your preferred location is at a private venue, we will need written permission and contact information when booking.

  • When deciding on the perfect location, consider your purpose. Is privacy what you’re looking for? Open space? View of a certain landscape? More of a rural vibe?

  • Some popular Enid spots include Meadowlake Park, Crosslin Park, Government Springs Park, or Champlin Park. Please be aware that some locations require a reservation. You are responsible for securing the reservation and providing proof of your reservation prior to setting up the picnic.

  • We serve the Enid area. If you are outside of Enid please let us know, because we may be able to serve you for a mileage charge and travel time.

  • While there are a variety of indoor venue options in Enid, we would love to create an intimate picnic oasis for you in the comfort of your own home during the colder months (November - March).

DELIVERY & SET UP:

  • All prices include setup and takedown, so you can relax and enjoy your event without a worry.

  • Our pricing is for the Enid area. Additional charges for areas outside of Enid.

  • We will generally be onsite for a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your event in order to set up the perfect posh picnic.

THE DAY OF YOUR PICNIC:

  • Your picnic will be prepared prior to your reservation time. Please arrive on time, but not early, especially if it is a surprise!!

  • We will be on-hand upon your arrival to make sure the set-up is satisfactory.

  • If it’s a surprise, we will provide our contact information to ensure we can communicate and respect your space and moment.

  • We will arrive promptly at the end of your reserved time to collect your picnic. No last minute extensions will be offered.

  • If you plan to leave prior to your allotted time is up, please give us at least 15 minutes advanced notice so we can arrive on-site and collect all the picnic materials.

BOOKING DETAILS:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • All pop-up picnics are scheduled for 2 hours.

  • You may reschedule your event when giving at least 72 hours notice.

  • A $50 fee will be assessed for rescheduled events with less than a 72 hour notice, or the cost of the food for groups of 5 or more.

  • Food is available as an add-on, or bring your own. It’s your picnic so you decide!

WEATHER:

  • We understand the weather is out of our control, however we always suggest to have a Plan B location (e.g. a private home indoors or an undercover pergola/porch area). We can always make the move and create the changes the day before if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund booking on the basis of bad weather, however we will always try to accommodate location changes or reschedule your event.
